Job Description:
Collect initial requirements specified for MeF releases or in UWRs (Change Requests) from IRS stakeholders. Lead analysis of requirements and work with IRS stakeholders to conduct requirements elaboration to reach agreement on them. Maintain requirements in the Use Case Model document (UCM) and in the DOORS Next Generation (DNG) repository. Clarify requirements for other MeF teams when asked.

Gather requirements from IRS stakeholders and conduct requirements elaboration - estimated 65%
Hold/attend meetings and other communication (e.g., email) with IRS stakeholders to reach agreement on requirements - estimated 25%
Maintain requirements in the UCM - estimated 5%
Maintain requirements in DNG - estimated 5%
Required Skills/Level of Experience:
Requirements management - 7 years
DNG experience - 2 years
Demonstrated experience on large, complex systems communicating effectively (oral and written) with customers - 10 years
Demonstrated experience on large, complex systems reaching consensus on requirements with customers - 10 years
CMMi Level 3
Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, Team Concert
Preferred Skills:
Experience as requirements manager for U.S. federal customers
Experience architecting and designing solutions for large, complex systems
Experience developing data architectures for large, complex systems
Experience in data analysis with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience documenting logical and physical data models and communicating their details effectively with stakeholders
